Hong Kong BBQ — Restaurant in Billings

This was a happy surprise for me when I was scrolling through my GrubHub app trying to find something to eat. I will not say anything bad about Grand garden. It's just not my favorite. I miss four seas that used to be over on Grand.. we ordered a bunch of different options so we could try their food and we loved it. Their orange chicken is amazing and it is very close to theforementioned restaurant. It stays crispy. It has that great sauce and flavor on it. It doesn't get mushy like Grand gardens. My son's try the curry and we love a couple of their other dishes. I have not eaten inside however I have gone in several times to get to go order and the young lady who is at the register is very kind. While I wait she brought me a glass of water and a straw without me asking. It's a little bit more expensive to get from GrubHub. But if you go in, I think you get a lot of food for your money. I’m not one to write reviews but this was absolutely an atrocious meal. My family ordered take out and the food was absolutely awful, inedible, and a waste of money. We ordered sesame chicken and orange chicken and it was basically like chicken jerky. The flavor was not good either, it tasted like chemicals. This used to be my favorite Chinese place in all of Billings, truly the only place I ever frequented. Truly I have been blown away at how down hill the quality of food has gone. We decided to try it one last time after we had an experience last time, holding faith it was just a bad day, but I guess not. I will not be recommending any longer and hope that they can get it...

My hot tea came with a cup marked up with lipstick halfway around the cup. We had family dinner for 2 with cashew chicken and beef with mixed vegetables. Very few cashews and sauce was dark brown with an odd taste The beef was gray in color and so bland we can’t think of how to doctor left overs to make it desirable we had lots leftover since we disliked both dishes. However since neither of us is interested in either one we are throwing them out. Hot and sour soup has crushed red peppers in it. Wonton soup was $2 extra because it isn’t a premade soup. We will not be back. No wonder we were the only ones there. 2 stars is because pot stickers...
