Mazevo Coffee is quickly becoming one of my favorite spots in town. Their slogan, "Love one another," is felt throughout the space in a warm, inviting way. The interior has a rustic/industrial vibe that’s both cozy and modern. You can sense the Christian undertone here, but it’s done tastefully, never feeling forced.
One of the first things you’ll notice when you walk in is the collection of photos of the employees near the entrance. This personal touch really makes the environment feel welcoming and adds a sense of community. Whether you’re looking to grab a quick coffee through their convenient drive-thru, or you need a spot to study or meet with friends, Mazevo Coffee has you covered. They even have a conference room you can rent by the hour, which is perfect for small meetings or study groups.
I've been here about six times now, and every visit has been pleasant. The staff is always friendly, and I’ve never had to wait too long for my order. I’ve tried a few items from their pastry case, including the Caprese Chicken Pesto Wrap and the Grilled Cheese on Sourdough—both were delicious and worth every penny.
During my last visit, they were out of a couple of ingredients needed to make my usual drink, which was a bit inconvenient, but with so many other options available, it wasn’t hard to find something else to enjoy.
Overall, Mazevo Coffee is a fantastic place to relax, get some work done, or catch up with friends. I highly recommend...
Read moreWe ordered our coffee on their website thinking it would be quicker. We went through the drive through then was told to come inside because their system was down. We stood inside only to be ignored for 30 minutes. Every time we tried to talk to one of the workers she would give a blank stare and continue to ignore us. Another person came into the store to get a coffee. He was taken care of and his drink was made immediately. He was there for less than 5 minutes. 10 other customers came inside to order coffee and they all walked about because they were ignored as well. The people who went through the drive through were first priority during our time waiting inside at least 20 cars were in and out. We waited 40 minutes for TWO coffees and a beagle. The manager mentioned someone called out and their higher up wouldn’t let her close the lobby. These girls were completely overwhelmed and I understand why it took so long. It was the lack of customer service that was disappointing. I hope their higher ups know they lost a lot of revenue today because they decided to over work these girls by keeping the lobby open while they are short staffed on their...
Read moreI really love coming to Mazevo to get coffee and meet with friends. I would usually recommend it to friends and family but not this location. I have been going through the drive through and they totally ignore me. I can tell my drink is ready but they don't give it to me in a timely fashion. They have their backs to the window and glare at me when I give them money. My drink is also never consistent when I go back.
Another reason why I love Mazevo is the atmosphere, I normally go to work on homework, however the staff at this location have been distracting, loud, and upright annoying. Many times they have turned the music volume up and down, made crude jokes, and have ran around the store while paying customers are trying to relax. I attempted to have a small group at this location but the cashier was rude and then asked for a tip as I was leaving, regardless of the tip I had already left for them.
I have noticed that it has gotten sloppy. I feel disgusted looking around at the dirty floor and uncleaned tables. I do love Mazevo, its local and has good coffee, but I will not be returning to this location on...
