The Reno Club — Restaurant in Billings

had a long day tried to end it with my nightly twisted tea. im 30 years old ive worked at a bar before and ive even been served hundreds of times at this location. was pulled over a few nights ago my id was never given back to me. and of all times this blond hair bartender whos served me before asked me for the id i dont have and before i could explain why i had no id she turned me down said i gotta be 21 with an id and i also have to be 21 to even be in there.....but she let me gamble....im sorry so if i cant be in there but youll let me be in there then why couldnt you serve me just like you did 4 days prior why ask me for an id tonight and not the other night. bartender you truly are a blond id have to say. play some brain games and improve your memory. your attitude about it was not needed and instead of making my night enjoyable you just ruined it so i rate this establisment a damn nothing. thats right your lower then a 1 star. your a half-star. no not even that your .00000000000000001% of the light from a half of a star.

the the manager: get a new bartender to the skinny blond bartender: improve memory and get glasses so you can see my grey hair a little easier. to the rest of staff: your lovely keep doing...

After being asked to leave the parking lot two times on two separate occasions where neither time was I causing a problem or even really doing anything more than standing there breathing. Yes I'm kind of outrageous I'm loud I have bright colors and I have a mohawk currently because I'm unemployed like most of the other people in this town better job attached. I think the owner of the Reno doesn't care about her business(that is in fact if... IF she really is owner. In the know, for sure. A shot caller, ya I'd believe that as well. What I do know is; if she is the owner she certainly at "the sole proprietor"! entrepreneur is out too hahaha, not like she invented bartending LOL.) she only cares about the type of people in her business, but the smokers in the parking lot are trespassing so beware everybody no smoking is allowed at the Reno or wild floating haircuts. If you want to enjoy your time at the Reno you better know...

We came in after work, one day and work stressful. Everybody understands that usually. Well, long story short the person I was with was not in agreement to pay $4 for a shot of fireball which is $7 a pint let me remind you…that’s logical right? He just said no thanks and that he’d take a sprite. Here we sent 30 minutes later, both $100 in the machine And the bartender pronounced “CIVIL” has yet to even ask me if I want a drink, continues to roll her eyes every time she walks by, and has been nothing but completely rude to us! I was born and raised in Montana, my entire life and I’m gonna tell you right now I’ll never ever ever step foot back in the Reno Club in my life! Completely unacceptable and as far as I know? Where I go to drink anyways doesn’t treat you according to your financial limitations or whatever is believed to be the case here! Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place while “civil” is working unless you got...
