Hana Pho — Restaurant in Biloxi

Well we didn't expect to find our standard of Toronto, Canada Pho in the deep south. That said, pleasantly surprised to find a tasty soup base for a seafood and a house special pho. Decent price and a good size. Sparse decor and rudimentary seating. Lol. What Vietnamese restaraunt spends on esthetics.🤣 We go for great food. Menu is quite comprehensive. Have Asian drinks in the fridge as a plus. Very friendly owner and server. The restaraunt is in a residential area a little run down, however we didn't feel unsafe walking around during the day. In the dark, hmm. It's around a twenty minute walk from Harrahs or you can get the Casino Hopper to drop you off at an unscheduled stop about 8minutes walk from Back Bay Road. As of Oct. 31st you can't flag them down anymore though yet you can walk back to the stop...

Very nice and relaxed atmosphere and an extremely pleasant staff. The lady serving us was very kind and understanding. I went later in the day when the restaurant had quited down a good bit which made the entire experience a calming one. The food was exactly what you would expect, meaning delicious, but nothing special. I had the red curry and was not disappointed with the volume or the taste, the chicken could have been slightly higher quality but it isn't something that took away from the dish. I've lived in Biloxi for two years. Twice a month I get Pad Thai, delivered or in person. Believe me when I say Hana Pho's Pad Thai is the best in the county. Within at least an hour's radius. It is flavorful and well spiced, and it comes in an absolute mountain! Unfortunately, they got the protein wrong, but that only decreased my enjoyment a little bit.
