Dem Dam Burgers - Biloxi, Ms — Restaurant in Biloxi

I've heard great things about this place and I was passing through so I decided to make a stop in Mississippi at Exclusive. I arrived just before the lunch rush, around 11:00. There's a drive-thru but there's not many parking spaces. If you get there before the call-in orders start to pick up, you should be just fine. There is still a wait, I waited about 15 - 20 minutes. The cashier stated that they get walk-ups and call-ins all the time and the time I arrived, shortly after 11:00 was perfect.

After ordering, pull in a spot and wait for your name to be called to the pick up window. The cashier did state when it is a rush sometimes they don't always call the name and it's best to come to the window, Just for future reference.

Now to the good part, everything was absolutely delicious. It's just a burger with cheese on a soft bun. But burger was delicious, good sear, the cheese was smooth, almost like a nacho cheese. But the chicken wings. For me, the fries and wings were superstars. The wings were fried to perfection, lightly seasoned not greasy, just good chicken. The fries, crinkle cut, and smothered with cheese and some type of sauce, oh veah good eatin'!

The restaurant is in a neighborhood and it is very, very popular. I pulled up to the board to place the order and there's so many different things to choose from so I just decided on $15 box. The box included a burger, four wings and loaded fries. Let me just say, money well spent.

Customer service was great, you check the board, place your order and drive to the window to order. There is a ramp on the side for walkups which was extremely.

It was definitely a lot of food but I made sure I got a bite of everything so I can leave this incredible review.

This is not the last time Exclusive dining will see me. It's a 45 minute drive from Mobile to Mississippi but it's definitely a drive...

Me and my girlfriend went there because we saw it on tik tok, we were going to go to parains kitchen that isn’t much farther but I insisted and convinced her to give it a try. I got a burger and a full plate of seafood fries and she just got a full order of the surf and turf fries, aswell as two things of cheesecake, and two lemonades(the lemonade was $3 each btw get into it later.) Was told it was going to be a 30 min wait, which is 100% fine, I come back 40 min later and proceeded to still have to wait another 20-30 min to wait on three things. Once the food was given, the fries were lukewarm temp and the burger tasted like I coulda made it at home, for less than 9 dollars, I know the lemonade was koolaid lemonade cause I make it all the time, so paying $3 for a cup when the tub itself is that price, is disappointing. She ended up getting food poisoning and was puking so bad we had to go to the er. This was about 4 days ago and she is still feeling the after effects. Really wanted to enjoy this place but after such an awful first exp I’m not going back. Go at your own risk and enjoyment but I personally don’t recommended, very let down and I wish I would’ve supported a different local place that had a better atmosphere, better prices, and better food. Shoutout Kevin at parains because that man deserves the business that this place is getting, we’ve at there, dine in and take out, multiple times, and it was warmer, faster, tastier, and cheaper than what I paid at this place. ** It says alot when the business goes under negative reviews and post sarcastic and disrespectful comments! It literally says they dont not care about the customer and have no interest in giving better service!!!!! They have time for that but no time to make food and hand it out.

Would leave zero if I could. From a black person, THIS IS WHY I DON’T SUPPORT BLACK BUSINESSES. We stand in line at the window and when our turn comes we are told they can’t take our order until they hand out the orders for those who are waiting. We walked there from Beau Rivage casino, we kinda had no choice but to wait. After 20 minutes someone else comes to the window and says they aren’t taking anymore orders bc they only have 1 cook. They also didn’t hand out any orders while we waited. I say, i sure wish you could’ve said that 20 minutes ago and the bald headed, crater faced, ugly little girl catches an attitude with me like I did something wrong.

Stop half-stepping and do things right. I don’t have to come just bc I’m black and this is black business!!! Nothing on the menu takes 20 minutes to cook. It’s friggin pasta, burgers, wings and fries. Also the place is dirty and ghetto. No inside dining just tables under a tent.
