I have been to this location many times and I always leave unhappy with the service and end up at Popeyes chicken the people are rude they never have spicy chicken Even though they advertise it and when you ask why they always say it's frozen or we are not cooking anymore today and it's 4 in the afternoon . Me and my wife went to get some food for our family. They took our order and advised us it would be at least 12 minutes on chicken, because it was cooking. We waited 30 minutes. Then we we got to the window she informed us that they didn't have the chicken for our order. Not only that, after not having enough for our order being out of everything, ( we went for the family meal, they had no Mac, no corn, no tea), they asked about a 10 piece but they were going to have to charge us extra for the biscuits. Church's Tarrant AL I came through the drive-thru, and one of my orders had okra as a substitution. The speaker was so low!!!! When I reached the window, I asked the cashier to repeat my order, she did with a very nasty attitude, Ithen reiterated again to substitute the fries for okra.
