Usually, I have no complaints about tipping—I’m a regular tipper whether it’s on the app or in person. But today’s delivery was honestly uncomfortable. The driver showed up at my workplace, and instead of just handing me my pizza, he straight up asked me for a tip. Not just a hint or a suggestion—he literally asked and then stood there waiting, like my food was being held hostage until I coughed up some cash.
Look, I get that tips are important, but this isn’t the way to go about it. Tips are supposed to be given freely, not pried out of customers while their food sits in someone else’s hands.

Absolutely horrible experience. I’ve placed two orders and both were incorrect. My most recent order was a premium chicken Alfredo that’s the only way it’s listed online. There’s no option to order just “Alfredo,” but you can select no chicken meat, which I did—yet it still came with chicken.
I also ordered a pizza with two toppings, and one of the toppings was completely missing. I live about five minutes from the store, but delivery still took 45 minutes.
