Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Biscoe

Stopped on the way home to get food, requested my meat get toasted on the grill due to my pregnancy to make sure it’s safe to eat and I have seen everywhere that jersey mikes would do this for women. They did not take the request seriously they laid it on the girl for literally seconds and threw it on my sandwich, meat was still cold so I could not eat it. The other part of the order was a bowl instead of a sandwich. No one took the time to ask what all was wanted in the bowl. When I say there was literally not figuratively two table spoons of chicken and the rest was just lettuce and mayo, I am not kidding…. I had really high hopes for a new place to be open in biscoe, I should have known better. Paid almost 30$ for half ass service and food. Save your time and money just make a sandwich at home…...

I have never seen such a quick downturn in quality and service. When this place first opened it was incredibly well run. In the span of about two months it has gotten significantly worse. The portions randomly got halved to the point where you're eating almost entirely bread. The crew gets overwhelmed if they're serving anymore than 3 people at a time. I will credit them for being accepting of mistakes and rectifying them. I hope that this review is a wake up call because I do really like this place. This team today at this JM. Wow! Excellent customer service during a very busy time! They made every guest feel welcome and special! They communicated with kindness and genuine interest to guests and to one another! They worked together to tackle a flux of orders all at once while still being polite and friendly to every one , every minute. This team is amazing!
