Very quiet on the day we went. Not many customers at all. This was our first time and looking at all the reviews, we were expecting a good experience. Think again. First off the guy behind the counter was incredibly impatient and pushy. I said we need a few minutes but he just went to his spew! Shut up! (I thought) We ordered a dessert waffle, turkey and cheese bagel and a pizza bagel and 3 drinks for a total over $40! :o They mixed up my daughter's peanut butter smoothie (we added mocha powder). The guy made her a strawberry banana smoothie. WTH Then we told him it was wrong and he said I'm sorry I mixed up the ingredients. WHAT!! SO HE TOOK THE DRINK AND ADDED MOCHA!! IT WAS ALREADY THE WRONG DRINK BUT HE ADDED MOCHA TO A STRAWBERRY BANANA SMOOTHIE! AND NEVER MADE THE DRINK WE ORDERED!! My daughter had to drink this concoction! She also ordered a ham & cheese bagel and added an egg! She got her bagel, which reeked of garlic and NO egg. So frustrating! Pizza bagel was good but would have preferred the marinara warmed but that's my personal preference. The dessert waffle (if you can call it a waffle), which was a frozen, flavorless waffle! We got the apple strudel...WHICH COMES WITH WHIP!! We get our waffle and no WHIP!! We go ask for it thinking he forgot again but NO!! THEY ARE OUT!! WHAT! You don't tell us before we order!! !@#$ Why would I order any dessert waffle without whip! Especially if it says it comes with it!! You make sure you have whip on hand...ALWAYS!!! AND IF YOU DON'T, YOU TELL YOUR CUSTOMER BEFORE THEY PAY. NOT AFTER!! THEY NEVER OFFERED US A DIFFERNT WAFFLE OR FOOD ITEM! NOT EVEN A REFUND!! Also, they use the microwave FOR EVERYTHING! THIS WAS NOT WORTH OUR TIME OR OUR MONEY!!! WE WILL NOT...

This used to be a nice place to hang out but seems to be going downhill. I really hope they innovate and keep trying to improve! I like the options they have for bread and bagels, but the sandwiches are always so inconsistent (the breakfast bagel sandwich I had today left a lot to be desired for almost a $10 sandwich). I used to meet a friend for coffee here years ago all the time, but now environment nor the seating arrangement feels welcoming, inviting, or comfortable at all. I guess it's fine if your just grabbing and going right away but not if you're trying to sit and hang out, work, or study. Different seating and/or a different seating arrangement would go a long way! I love supporting local businesses so I hope they make some changes here because there is a lot of room for improvement

I've observed that when the guys or the young small girl are handling the orders, the drinks tend to be better. Could you please ensure that the staff is consistently following the recipes and using the right ingredients? It would greatly enhance the overall experience.
