It was disappointing and frustrating. I ordered on the app, which was good. I ordered some cookies. I am inside my vehicle, tearing it apart trying to find my cookies. Spending 30-45 minutes looking for them. I return to the store feeling unsure. Since I am a subway employee at a different location, the expectation that I was taught was to ensure exemplary customer service, respect to customers, and communicate with the customer. That was not I experienced. On top of that the sandwich artisan that I dealt with, Dalton, who was the one who prepared my meal, was chuckling at what i was saying. He forgot my cookies and didn't communicate with me at all.

Read moreI placed an online order for 3 sandwiches & cookies tonight. I was early to pick up but I told them they should take their time I was in no hurry. Well the little gal messed up on the dressings on the sandwich she was working on & had to pull off all of the veggies in order to correct it. So she started over on the veggies & dressings. I thanked them & of I went. I had a feeling things were messed up... All the sandwiches were messed up & very messy. The foot longs had all the veggies on the wrong sandwich. I reviewed the receipt & everything was listed correctly. The 6" was missing lettuce & had so much mayo, mustard & vinaigrette on it all the bread was coated with it. This happens more often then not at 2 of the 3 subways in town & it makes for soggy bread & very very messy everything. I hope this is not how they are training the...
Read moreAbsolutely horrible service. I always place a pickup order and because it has been made wrong so many times I resorted to coming in for each order. I still place my order on the app so that I can build reward points but the woman that works there recognizes me and my order and purposely does it wrong. Today even when I stopped her and asked for something to be done correctly she argued with me and did it incorrectly. She made a scene in front of multiple customers and I went home with an order that wasn’t to my specifications. I hope she is fired, no one else at this store has any problem making my order how I ask but she does it incorrectly clearly...
