I looked forward to trying this place since there's not a lot of ice cream / dessert options in the area. Unfortunately I was quite disappointed...

The customer service was helpful, and the lady was nice The atmosphere was clean but is lacking some quaintness (subjective, I know). I also recommend ownership purchases some chairs/tables both inside and outside as currently there aren't any options to sit down and enjoy the ice cream For the ice cream itself, I'm not sure if it was just the specific flavor I had or not but I got the peanut butter fudge and it did not taste anything like peanut butter, lacked flavor in general, and had a weird fake sugar taste. The ice cream was also frozen solid. I also tried the vanilla, which was better than the PB&F, but only marginally... Given the quality above, the cost is simply too high

Ultimately, I would like to support local businesses and restaurants over chains like DQ, but unfortunately, I can't recommend Frozen Delights until the ice cream and cost improves (and I...

Stopped here for the first time tonight and was excited to try a local ice cream shop! Our assumption was it was made local too with top quality ingredients. The girl there was so kind and helpful, so I’ll give 5 stars for that! Unfortunately the ice cream didn’t meet our expectations. Within 3 bites I realized the ice cream was either freezer burnt or maybe it was just too frosty? The flavor as well tasted so artificial that it made it hard to eat. My family stopped by for the first time today for an ice cream treat. The gal working there was great, wonderful customer service. She was smiling and very kind. My husband and I and our two kids got one scoop ice cream each on cones (son got a bowl). And it was $27. The ice cream was okay, actually some looked frosted over and our ice cream tasted okay, actually mine tasted grainy (mint chocolate chip).
