Gravity Coffee — Restaurant in Black Diamond

I've been a regular at Gravity Coffee in Black Diamond, Washington, and while I enjoy the drinks they offer, my recent experiences have been a bit frustrating. On multiple occasions, I've found myself waiting in line behind others only to see someone at the other drive-thru window being served before me, despite arriving after. This happened even though there's only one person working, which makes the service exceptionally slow, especially on busy Saturday mornings.

It's disappointing to see the lack of attention to managing the lines efficiently. With just one staff member handling everything, it's understandable why the service can be slow, but it's unacceptable to prioritize others who arrived later. I strongly suggest implementing better monitoring of the lines and considering adding additional staff, especially during peak hours, to ensure smoother operations.

On a positive note, I do appreciate the consistency of the drinks I order, although I wish there were more food options available. Despite the service issues, I still enjoy visiting Gravity Coffee, but I hope they take my feedback into consideration to improve the overall experience for...

I don’t normally leave reviews but I bought a 16oz latte today and I’m not sure if it’s their new cups or whether the drink was just incredibly hot but not only was my order wrong which I didn’t entirely care too much about but after 10 minutes the cup started tearing and leaking and when I tried to pick up the drink to to put something under the cup the cup completely split at the seam and ended up dumping the hot coffee on my hand and all over my car.

I’ve tried contacting this location to just inform them that their hot drink cups might be faulty but it seems their number is inactive. This location had very friendly people working there, and the location is pretty convenient. However, a few points off for the iced tea - the location in Maple Valley definitely freshly brews their tea, and this one had some taps for it. I even said to leave the tea bags in, and I didn't get any reply indicating that tea bags aren't used.
