Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Blackman Charter Township

Management here doesn't care if they take and make your order wrong for a party, and charge you for the extra expense for what you didn't order. Then when you realize it the next day, the manager says that, too bad, you should have notified the store yesterday! Even though you didn't know about it then. The manager actually said that he didn't care about the pizza place, that it wasn't HIS store, that he didn't care if I went elsewhere, and he especially didn't care that I was over charged by $20+, that I should have noticed when I placed the order that the amount was too high! (At that moment, I was in the middle of getting ready for the party, and had had someone else pick up the order!) This store made money off of their mistake of ringing up the order wrong, and then refused to offer any kind of compensation to keep me as a loyal customer. So sad and sooo disappointed in management here. Word to the wise, don't trust this Little Ceasars to ring your order up correctly, do the math yourself, or be ok with getting overcharged. When I went into get my pizza, I saw an employee with the filthiest hoodie I've ever seen wrapping orders of bread sticks. The sleeves of this hoodie were dragging through each order as he wrapped it. The hoodie had clearly been white at some point and the sleeves were dark brown.

Aside from that, I ordered my pizza at the window. I was told to pull up. After waiting over half an hour, I still didn't have my pizza and went into the building to ask what was going on. There were five other customers in the building. We had to wait several minutes before anyone came to greet us. There were several employees that could definitely see us and when I tried to get their attention they completely ignored us. Finally, I got to talk to the manager. He had given all of our pizzas away and was going to have to remake all of them. This is after we had been waiting for almost 40 minutes. After seeing the employee with the filthy sleeves and another walk in and out of the bathroom without washing his hands, I no longer wanted the pizzas.

When ordering, I was told that they had just ran out of pepperoni pizza’s and that the wait would be about 10 minutes. I said that was fine as I was in no big rush and proceeded to order 1 Large pepperoni pizza and 2 crazy bread combos.

The wait was about 10 minutes as they said, which was no big deal to me. However, when I got to the window, they told me that my total was $7 and some change. I asked to make sure that the crazy bread combos were listed, and they weren’t. No big deal, they corrected it and handed over the pizza, then ran to grab the combos. I was handed two bags of breadsticks and no sauce (combos come with sauce). I asked for 1 sauce, and got it. No biggie, mistakes happen.

However; I was really disappointed when I got home and opened my pizza to find that it was mostly crust. (And after taking a bite, wrong type of pizza all together. We received the nacho cheese rather than a regular pepperoni.) I’m greatly disappointed in the quality that we received. I’m not even mad that it was the wrong pizza, I like the nacho pizza! But when half of the pizza is crust, that’s a little ridiculous...
