Subway — Restaurant in Blaine

I walked into this Subway immediately to be greeted with a sigh from an employee named Aldine - I was by myself only ordering 2 footlongs, 5 hours before close. I was asking questions about the new metal hood they have above their meat/cheese section and was answered in an annoyed manner. I was also respectfully calling the employee "sir" before being told it made him (Aldine) feel "so old." I come from a military family; I shouldn't be corrected for being polite and addressing someone nicely. To my surprise, he asked me my age. When I answered, he noted that we didn't have much of an age gap and that I definitely shouldn't be calling him that. Aren't I the customer? I shouldn't be talked down to for being polite to the EMPLOYEE!! The EMPLOYEE!!! I'm the customer who is supplying him with the job. Nontheless, I apologized and told him it was not my intention to be rude. He then pushed my food towards me and walked behind the wall after pointing me where to pay. I'm NEVER coming back here. I work hard for my money unlike some people. It would be a waste to use it here. You can keep your damn snowflake employee. I'm going somewhere...

Arguably the worst subway in Minnesota. Every time I come here they seem understaffed, inattentive, and just clueless. You have to repeat your order constantly for them to still screw it up. For example my 3 year old wanted a little bit of lettuce and I told the lady just a tiny bit of lettuce and she grabs two handfuls of lettuce for a 6". Good luck find chips, when I was there today it looked like they didn't even serve chips as there were maybe 5 bags of chips on the racks. Then of course my little guy wants a cookie and they don't have any. This is all at 11am when they just opened. You would think they would be ready to rock and roll at store opening. Maybe that's just how I run my restaurant though..... O and my sons 6" doesn't even resemble a sandwich. If it wasn't so close to my house I would...

By far one of the worst subways i have ever been to!!! if i had the possibility of rating it with negative star rating i would. My fiance have been here multiple times and each time they get our sandwich wrong and have no idea what they are doing. I had to tell an employee how to make my sandwich once. Another time i was almost unable to eat my sandwich because of how poorly it was put together. These employees have no idea what they are doing!! This place need new management bad!! or better training. I have completely stopped going here and will drive the extra few miles to go to the other location by xperience fitness. If you want good service and a sandwich that is edible for the price you pay MY ADVICE IS TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS SUBWAY...
