Visited this new spot with my wife for dinner, and we were fortunate to snag a seat at the bar. Here’s a breakdown of our experience: Ambiance: The setting was warm and inviting, with soft jazz music enhancing the holiday-themed decor. It felt festive yet elegant. Food: Drinks: Very smooth! Impressive for sure. Appetizer: The scallops with corn purĂ©e, blackberries, and pickled onions were perfectly cooked and flavorful. Main Courses: We tried the French onion soup, Brussels sprouts, salmon, and filet mignon. Each dish was satisfying and well-prepared. Dessert: The crĂšme brĂ»lĂ©e was generously portioned, perfect for sharing, and a sweet end to the meal. Other Highlights: The private dining room, with its stunning chandelier, caught our attention—definitely a space to remember for future gatherings. The outdoor seating looks promising for summer dining. Service: The staff was friendly and attentive, though it was clear they hadn’t sampled many of the dishes yet. For a newly opened restaurant (just eight days at the time of our visit), this is understandable but worth addressing. Leadership, if you’re reading this, empowering your team with firsthand knowledge of the menu will enhance the dining experience for guests. Overall, the ambiance, food, and service left a positive impression. We’re excited to see how this place evolves as it settles in.

My wife and I chose this restaurant for Valentine's Day. As Asians, we don’t have very high expectations for food flavors, but we do care more about the restaurant’s ambiance and the quality of service. Living in Blaine, we are happy to support local restaurants. Upon arriving, we found that as a newly opened restaurant, the environment was quite nice, with a modern and upscale feel. However, why are the standards for drinks so low? There were only a few cocktail options, which was already disappointing, but on top of that, they used the same type of whiskey glass for a drink that wasn’t even whiskey. My wife wanted to order wine, but the menu only listed prices for whole bottles. Our male server didn’t provide any explanation regarding the drink menu or wine options. Even when we finished our meal, he only handed me a simple takeout box. I noticed that the white customers at the next table received an additional takeout bag. I initially thought this might have been an oversight, but for a supposedly high-end restaurant, such things shouldn’t happen. My wife and I were very disappointed. As Asians, we are particularly mindful of our image when dining out and always tip above the standard. However, this experience was truly disappointing.

We arrived on time for our 7 pm reservation. Had to sit an wait for quite awhile for a table to leave. Which didn't bother me. We ended up getting a free App for our wait. They then let us try their god father private room instead of waiting for a table any longer. Was a nice gesture but it was to cold in there. My wife wouldn't even take her jacket off. So I asked if we could get a table instead in the main room. We ordered Bone Marrow, Scallops and Cesar Salad. Scallops were delicious. Bone marrow under seasoned. Which was a theme for the entire meal. Then for our main I got 18 oz ribeye with the steak topper. Fillet. Shrimp and Lobster Gnocchi. Truffle mac and cheese. Millonaire Potatoes. Kids mac and cheese with waffle fries. And 2 drinks. Everything, and I mean everything was under seasoned. Like 0 salt. My ribeye looked like a tetris piece. Was very disappointed with the whole meal over all. Seemed like we ended up being the last table with all the waiting and moving so I don't know if that had something to do with all this. I was pleased with our servor. She was very nice and interacted with my kids, making them laugh. Advice, If you want to spend a few hundred on good steakhouse go to Manny's. This place is not worth the price.

From the moment I walked into the restaurant, I knew I was in for something special. The ambiance was warm and inviting, with low lighting, elegant décor, and the kind of quiet sophistication that lets you fully relax and enjoy your evening.

Let’s start with the service—absolutely phenomenal. Every staff member I encountered was professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. They struck the perfect balance between being present and giving space, which made me feel both taken care of and completely at ease.

Now, the food. Wow. I ordered the king cut filet mignon, cooked medium-rare, and it was—without exaggeration—one of the best steaks I’ve ever had. It cut like butter and was packed with flavor. The blue cheese fondue was delicious addition. Every bite was better than the last.

The sides were just as impressive: the truffle mac and cheese was silky smooth with just the right amount of earthiness, and the roasted Brussels sprouts had a slight char that added depth without being bitter. Even the bread basket was notable—warm, fresh, and served with whipped honey butter that I just couldn't get enough of!

For dessert, I indulged in their signature chocolate lava cake. Decadent doesn’t even begin to cover it. It was rich, gooey, and paired with vanilla ice cream that balanced the sweetness perfectly.

This steakhouse is everything you’d want from a fine dining experience—exceptional food, stunning presentation, and top-tier service from our server Tory. Whether it’s a special occasion or just a night to treat yourself, I truly couldn’t recommend it more. I left with a full stomach and a happy heart.

We will...

I want to love this place so much, but both times I’ve left feeling underwhelmed. It’s not bad by any stretch, but just falls a bit short. I think they can get there, but right now there are better steakhouses in the twin cities to spend your money at.

The crust they put on their steak is phenomenal, but both times I’ve been there, the ribeye has been tough.

The seasoning is also inconsistent. The French onion soup had great flavor, but came out too salty, and I tend to love salty foods. Meanwhile the steak and the hash browns both needed extra salt at the table.

In our previous visit, the Mac and cheese was one of the worst I’ve had. Grainy and flavorless. That being said, I saw some order it last night and it looked much better than when we had it. The Brussels sprouts were barely cooked last time, and not at all pleasant to eat.

We also ordered the crÚme brûlée last night, which had very little of the crackly top, and had the texture of a no bake cheesecake.

I really hate being mostly negative, because I love this kind of place in this area, and all the staff is really, really great. They are very close, but more work is needed.

One last suggestion, if their management is reading this. If 2 people are sharing a steak, have your wait staff ask if they’d like it sliced up in the kitchen for easy sharing. Trying to cut up a steak to share at the table is not easy, especially with the plates sliding around. A very small and simple touch they would really elevate the service.

I really hope to come back and be able to change...
