McDonald's — Restaurant in Blakely

Absolutely disgusted by the insane lack of work ethic on the part of every single person, with a small exception of the manager. I stood at the cash register for 10 minutes as everyone was walking around pretending I wasn't standing there. I finally asked if I could place an order and the lady said something like give me a minute. I knew my order was unique and needed a live person to ring it up. 4 burger patties with cheese, mayo and mustard, that's it. Lady said they didn't have mustard. Then there was a bunch of talk about how I didn't want the bun. Lol like it was a big deal. There was NO ONE inside except me. So not like they were super busy and it was an inconvenience. The manager asked me how I wanted it and I said just the burger patties and cheese. And that I would like mayo and mustard. She was the one that told them just to squirt it on the plate. (They miraculously found packets) I get in my car and realize they put onions all over it. Lol this should have been super simple. The original lady seemed super annoyed at everything. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. HORRIBLE. If she hates her Job that much, she should quit! It would be better...

Ok, so I have rated this place two times before... with both 5 star reviews. I had good service and food with no complaints. But I have come here for a week straight, and today's service was HORRIBLE. So I ordered a list of stuff and got most of it within five minutes. But they never gave me my frappe. I waited 5 minutes at the counter patiently so they could help other customers, and they sat down for five minutes. They completely ignored me the whole time. Finally I got ahold of the nice old lady to ask her if they had finished my frappe, because I had waited 15 minutes. She said, "The machine is broken." When at the beginning, the lady at the counter could have informed me about that, but never did. She said, "What would you like instead?"I said," Can you please just get me a large iced coffee." So by the time I got out, I had been in there 30 minutes. I understand if you're busy, but please have common courtesy. Especially if the same customer has been in the 30 minutes. And the one who was in the to begin with, with him left 25 minutes ago. Please do better next time because I am really agrivated. Thank you, I expect...

Visited 3pm 3/4/18 for a quick to go order. Well I my order was finally done at 3:34. The young lady kept messing up my order of a Quarter pound meal. We had to get a manager to help. Then I was informed they were out of large fries and drinks. 2 of the 3 registers was cash only. The one yyoung lady was trying to figure out what was the correct change was. The customers were backing up to the door. There was about 12 employees and 2 mangers working. Most of the employees were high school age girls. Two of them walked out to talk to boys. 5 were at the drive thru section area being loud and cutting up. One was so loud laughing she almost felling the floor. There were some customers that the employees and managers knew who received extra special customer service. They had their orders taken faster and their food faster than others. I finally received my meal at 4pm. The sandwichs were cold. I know this McDonald's, But it was more like a hangout for the employees than a place...
