Glasses(non-closer) started off by greeting us with, "what are you doing here!??? I hope there's a tornado and levels your housewhile you're gone." No we don't know each other. Is this the kind of greeting that is deserved for paying patrons? Then he continued with," you better hurry because if theres a tornado I'm leaving." Honestly, he needs to be gone with or without a tornado. Over 20 years as a manager and never have I encountered anyone that made a single one of his comments. Much less all in 1 visit. He continues ranting about our presence at which point he says something about stabbing me. I just continue to place my order because my family wanted subway but after this visit if he is still there I will not be returning and trust me, I WILL make sure everyone I know does not support your business. His level of disrespect was through the roof and has no place in the work place. During our visit I dropped a singular pepper ring to which he spouted off,"you're going to pick that up!" I'm not sure if this guy is racist and didn't want us in there or if he is like this with others as well. The closer said,"don't worry sir, I'll get it." To which glasses said," no! He will sweep it up." He proceeded to bring me a broom and dust pan. At this point I'd had enough of his nonsense. I responded by telling him no. I don't work here, that's your job. Honestly, I don't ever have a problem cleaning up after myself or my kids but after his behavior I was not going to comply with him or his ridiculous actions or demands. Seriously, get this guy in check or I will escalate this to the next level. Again, the closing guy was courteous and kind. Very well mannered person. The only thing that kept me from walking out and going to get dinner from ANY of the MANY OTHER places to eat...

So I called the store to set up an order for my daughters baby shower and I kept getting a fax number signal so I decided to order it on line. That part was easy and set for pick up as they don't deliver. I paid for it and got a confirmation it will be ready for pick up on December 5th at 2:00 PM. I also got a text the day before that it was confirmed with subway that they accepted the order and we are good to go. Well Saturday I was deer hunting so I ask my daughter to pick it up at 2:00 it was already paid for. I didn't think anything about it. My daughters got there and they said they know nothing about it and I got a call they might be able to have it ready at 4-4:30 when it was set for 2:00 as the baby shower started at 3:00. So I called and text the number they replied to me with the confirmation and they can't understand why it was not ready. Anyway I will never shop there again that's for sure. A very dissatisfied...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI love subway and most of them i go to the employees and managers are really great and friendly and really talkative and can still make my order with in 10 minutes with one person making two foot longs that are also toasted but this subway it take you at minimum 20 minutes to order the older manager lady is very rude I had ordered a meatball and my bf was wanting the same thing and this was 45 minutes to close and I understand after a certain time they arenāt going to make more but the guy making our sandwiches offered to do half meatball and something else and to just ring it up as a full meatball, but the manager was quick to say no you have to ring up two 6 inch which she handled that completely wrong when your low on product like that you should offer the customer something he would like and not make them pay more because you failed to make sure there was enough for the evening rush... just my opinion very bad...
