The Station Pizzeria — Restaurant in Bloom Township

The first time I went there because they had good reviews. The owner was there and there was quite a few people there. So we ask for a menu. The server nice and friendly. We ordered a medium sausage and green peppers. We paid for it and asked for packets of cheese and peppers. She said ok and told us about 30 minutes. So waited outside in the car. When it was ready the young lady brought it to us. And gave us the containers of cheese and peppers. We took it home and ate it. It was great. I especially like the sausage. And I am not a fan of sausage. So about a month later we gave them another try. This time we called the order in. She said about 35 minutes. So we drove there but waited outside to make sure that it was ready. We went in told the lady our name for pickup. She said that it would be a few minutes. She took my payment. She brought it out shortly along with the containers of peppers and cheese. We left went home. Got home opened it up and the pizza was not fresh. It was overcooked. I had been trying to find a pot roast melt for a long time, and someone on reddit told me the station had one, and I never knew. I use to live within walking distance of this place but didn't know it had a pot roast melt. The lovely lady behind the bar was so nice, I was confused because the inside looks like a bar, so I wasn't sure where to order. After getting the famous pot roast melt with extra cheese I must say for a sandwich I spent years looking for it was well worth the wait. It was gorgeous outside so we came here to try to have a couple adult beverages in the outdoor area. Walked in the bar, as we didn't know if there was a server outside. Stood at the bar for ten minutes, no employee acknowledged us. So we went outside and sat at a table. An employee came out and was talking to another patron. Again, we were not acknowledged.
