Townhouse Coffee Company — Restaurant in Bloomer

For Take-Out... Buyer-Be-Ware... While I might be wrong in writing this almost a year too late.. I feel it needs to be said since I've never returned to try them out "In Person" for a third time... My employer would allow us to occasionally order out at local establishments for our lunches. Xpeditions was usually chosen because our manager who picked up the many orders (8-12) for us all perfered going there. I had ordered a burger & fries for my first order there and was shocked at how few fries there were. The burger was ok for a take out. So I held off on ordering subsequent times due to that experience. Months later I ordered a Combo Platter (appetizer) for $9 and was again shocked by how little there was of everything... Two (2) onion rings... One (1) boneless wing (chicken nugget)... Two (2) mozzarella sticks... One (1) mini corn dog and a very small handful (if even) of cheese curds... They had the gall to charge $9 + tax for it when at best it should have been $3 to $4 tops... It was an appetizer... Usually they are shared by 2-3 (or more)... How do you share just one measly chicken nugget? Or a mini corn dog? Oh! Here's your onion ring and here's mine... The appetizer was for me alone, and I am not a "picky" eater by no means. I eat whatever is offered and I'm thankful for that, but this should have left me feeling satisfied... Not taken to the cleaners... Twice is too much for me being abused with take out to ever bother going here for a third time (in person) again... They may be good while your eating there, but for anything take out it's...

This was our first time at this restaurant and after hearing how good it was, we were super excited to try it. Unfortunately, the whole experience was terrible. Upon approaching the bar to order drinks, we got the vibe that we were a bother to the waitress.

When we tried to order food a few minutes later, we waited several minutes while the bartender seemed to intentionally skip over us multiple times. After several more minutes, we decided to go elsewhere and had to wait again to pay our tab.

We’ll definitely return to the coffee shop but unfortunately, we won’t be returning for...

I have only experienced their food offerings as they were delivered to my place of work. A fellow employee would take multiple orders (usually about 8-10) and pick them up for all of us for our lunch break. After my second burger & fries order from here I gave up after they offered such a small amount of fries. The third and final order was just an appetizer that they charged well over $9 for and should have only been about $4 for the measly amount of food they offered. Never again will I be taken with such prices for such mediocre...
