It's a nice try. I was totally amazed the first few times and the impression has faded the more I've been. Unfortunately, they have failed to impress. How can you be out of eggs on a Friday morning? Wow, aren't you a breakfast place? Did my veggie smoothie have any veggies in it? Tasted like ice and sugar to me. Couldn't see any kale in that drink I ordered. I really want to love it since there's not many of these gems around Perry County, but not feeling as welcome as before when they opened. This place deserves 6 stars if I could give it! All the food and coffee here is to die for. Very well done classic breakfast with some recipes mixed in that are very different and unique but refreshing! Coffee menu is well done, with specials if you are feeling adventurous but if you are more of a "usual" coffee drinker they will still perfectly create your favorites. They have transformed this house and created the perfect ambiance for a small town coffee shop. I wish we had a cafe like this in my town. I had the BBB which is sooo good. I was a little hesitant about the bacon jam at first, but it’s one of my new favorite things! Also had their signature latte, which had a pretty perfect bitter-to-sweet ratio. Breakfast being served all day was a nice surprise—a rare feat with cafes. The interior is gorgeous, each room with its own unique, homey charm, and the outdoor space is cute too.
