CRAFTED Coffee & Wine — Restaurant in Bloomington

I’ve tried to support this place especially being a local business, but every time it’s just a frustration. Frequent drive through closures to order issues is only the start. Apparently the business is also aware the online ordering system accepts orders until 6pm even though they close at 4. So my husband went out of his way to come pick up a drink he paid for online to be greeted with a closed sign at the coffee counter. The staff member working said it’s a known issue and instead of offering any sort of assistance, suggested we should dispute it with my credit card (which is also a negative mark for the business). Crafted coffee used to be a place that I would go to multiple times a week but after today I am not giving them anymore chances. I’m not sure what has happened but in the last few months the service has drastically gone downhill. They seem to be short staffed a lot and the staff that does work there doesn’t seem to pay attention to detail. I often get my order wrong and have extremely long wait times. The hours have also changed to where they open later in the morning. The brews of the day are posted mid week at times. I’m very disappointed that my favorite place has had so many negative changes in the last few months. I wish the service and attentiveness would go back to how it was...

Crafted is in my top 3 places I like to get coffee, and tea! I really enjoy that they have a drive threw it makes it very convenient to get my coffee when I don’t feel like going inside to order! The staff is always super friendly and will explain to you what a drink is if you aren’t sure that it is.

They’re also very good at updating their online menu with the daily coffee or tea flavors. There’s only been two times where I’ve looked online and the menu wasn’t updated. It’s slightly annoying when that happens but it doesn’t stop me from going for coffee lol
