He was very professional and based on what I was looking for, recommended I talk with Jim Leeds for a custom design. After my first meeting with Jim, I knew I had made the right decision going to Jack Lewis. I was able to give Jim different ideas and he drew up as many designs as it took to get it just the way I wanted. We exchanged over 20 emails and he always responded right away. I was so impressed with Jim and the service I received. The engagement ring turned out better than I could have imagined. My fiancé loved the ring and gets complements on it everywhere she goes. I cannot say enough good things about Jack Lewis Jewelers. My family and I have known John and the gang for a long time. Ever since I can remember, Jack Lewis is the only jewelry store that we would consider bringing our business to. They have a great stock with excellent brands! When it came time to pop the question, I went to Jack Lewis immediately. I told John what she wanted and he told me that he would get her the perfect diamond. He called me a couple weeks later and informed me that he had hand-picked a diamond for her while he was at an International Gem Society conference in Belgium. I didn't know what to say. He sent me pictures of the diamond and it was absolutely perfect in every way. When I finally saw the diamond, all I could say is that the pictures did not do it justice: it was flawless. He then helped me pick out the perfect band for it.
