I'm a big coffee drinker and wherever state I travel to. I like to try their local coffee place. First time here, it a Saturday morning on my way to my last job training. I ordered the ice mocha latte. Told them to put whip and choco syrup. First thing first I don't know why it took them so long to make the drink. There was a car in front of me. I was sitting there for atleast 5 min. I thought that person probably order more than one drink. But it was only a drink. When finally got to window. The lady look like she haven't fully wake up yet. I got my drink didn't get my receipt even when i told i needed it. I didn't brother to ask as i need to get to job training and there were cars in the back. But latte tasted watery, no flavor and it very bland. I mean I should of gone to mcdonald their latte tastes better...

My friends and i recently have enjoyed watching laying volleyball at crafted very much and it’s a very common thing we do. today there weren’t many ppl there and a few of my buddies and i were wrestling in good fun, and a lady claiming to be the owner came up to us and started yelling and told us we needed to stop and after politely telling her we were done and it was in good fun and no aggression she told us to leave and said she would call the cops, she obviously had a few drinks and treated us as less than human and was completely unreasonable. she didn’t give us a warning and no one was getting hurt and we weren’t bothering anyone as there was no one there. the behavior of the owner is completely...

We have enjoyed crafted since it opened. The owner Joey is amazing to work with and the drinks are really good. The low star for service is due to the attitudes of the managers for events, my first two events were in 2024. The manager on site for our paid event was rude, they double booked and at the time of event no apologize and pushed our party mid reservation to move in the next event, as not happy and i paid for this time. The other 2024 event the manager onsite again was rude, the same occurred again at an event in 2025 same issue, owners are polite but not onsite for events. The managers are not polite. Would not recommend for an event after the service...
