Employees were very lazy, not interested in helping customers. I was in a hurry, the lady in front of me after getting her change stood there for a while so I went around her, the young lady behind the counter ignored me while she watched the other lady count her money and then turned around a talked to an employee, then rang the employee’s lunch up. - still never saying a word to me. I told her I wanted a chocolate shake and then proceeded to tell her I couldn’t get the machine to go past the request for a donation to Ronald McDonald house. Her response was “you just touch no thanks” - I told her I did that 3 times and it’s doing nothing - she ripped it around and pushed the x on the keypad and rolled her eyes at me and said “you just press the x” - by this time I was getting angry. I said “it doesn’t say hit the x - it says choose donate or no thanks” - I said I’m sorry - I’m just in a hurry. She walked away without a word and basically threw my shake on the counter and yelled chocolate shake.
