I have always loved Pals food. It was really great when one finally opened in Blountville. However over the past year the service has become terrible. They never used to mess my order up. But now every time I go they don't get my tea right. A few weeks ago I got a big pal that was so under cooked you couldn't tell the difference between the tomato and the patty. Today was the final straw. I went through and only ordered a tea. I always order a plain tea with extra lemon with sweet n low added. Once again I received a plain tea with no lemon and no sweet n low. I took it back and got my money back. I will never go to this...

It would've been a great experience had the lady taken my order not just my husband's. All I wanted was a burger and after telling the associate what I wanted and how I wanted it she went on to place my husband's order we go around pay for our food start to drive away only to see that I didn't even get my burger nor did she even ring it up. So we had to go back through the line and reorder my burger which thankfully another person was working at the window who took my order correctly. It was a hassle though to say the least.
