BUT since this place does not print off a receipt for you I could never be sure as I was usually busy when handing over the money. Today I caught it though. Once again I ordered my usual smal reese cup blizzard with extra reese cup. I pull around and it was 3.70$ for the blizzard. I paid in four $1 bills. She quickly took my money, and handed me change and moved away from the window to go get the blizzard. I look down and the change I received was two nickels. seriously. If I gave her four dollars and the total was 3.70 then she owes me 30¢. Three dimes, a nickel and a quarter IDGAF what kind of change I would have gotten as long as it would have been right.    Read moreI would like to bring to someone higher up at Dairy Queen certain behaviors exhibited by Piper, the young manager at Dairy Queen, 3136 E Cumberland Rd, Bluefield, WV 24701, which may be inadvertently creating an unfavorable work environment for both customers and employees.
Specifically, Piper has been observed rushing customers and demonstrating inadequate communication skills. Additionally, there have been reports of Piper engaging in unhygienic practices, such as picking her nose. Furthermore, Piperâs disrespectful behavior toward employees has contributed to a hostile work environment.
In order to maintain a positive experience for our customers and employees, it is essential that we address these concerns with Piper. Providing her with the necessary training and support will enable her to fulfill her role effectively.
