Indian Ridge Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Bluefield

Walked in stood for quite a bit before anyone came from the kitchen area to seat us. Music was so loud you could barely hear your own thoughts and the waitress was so soft spoken you couldn't here her evenif the music was lower! Took then forever to take drinks then after 15-20 mins she finally came to take our food order. Food tasted good but did not sit well after eating you do not get a paper bill you get a card reader brought to you and they tell you what you owe so you cannot even see if they charged you correctly. As we ate we noticed 4 staff by the bar area but 2 stood at the bar on their phones while the other 2 struggled to wait on the few customers that were there. As we were leaving the 2 at the bar went out before us and was sitting in the rocking chairs leaving the 2 inside to handle it all and I guess those 2 decided they also needed a break and went out the back kitchen door to have a smoke break leaving the entire dining area wo anyone working. Its a beautiful building and could be something great but if the staff doesn't improve it...

Absolute garbage excuse for a restaurant. Perfect location for the surrounding trails horrible service. We waited with 6 people for well over 1.5 hrs. Servers were great and kept us with drinks but the “big boss” was there cooking their food so it was snail paced. I finally asked for a to go box annoyed. Get back to trailhead and eat hoping for tasty food. No oven tasting bbq and stale green beans. Save your money and go back to outlaw or wrong turn. This place is pretty - that’s about it. “The big boss” as the servers told us will bankrupt...

You guys have to manage this place better. We are never coming back here because of our experience. No greeter when u enter the place. We had to chase down a waitress to get seated. Then waited 15 minutes to get menus. The waitress who took our drink order only after another 20 minutes went by but never brought them to us. We had now been there for over 40 minutes with no drinks or service. After the people next to us told us some of the food was rotten they had gotten we left. I've never seen a restaurant...
