China King Restaurent — Restaurant in Blythewood

I visited China King in Blythewood for the first time on Saturday, July 12th, and I was pleasantly surprised! The wings were flavorful and way better than what I’ve had at other nearby spots — especially compared to China Taste in Winnsboro. I also tried the fried dumplings and egg drop soup for the first time, and both were pretty good. The soup was so comforting, I saved it to have for breakfast the next morning!

Even though they don’t serve boneless chicken, the quality and taste of what they do offer more than makes up for it. Friendly customer service, fast prep, and a solid first impression. I’ll definitely be back — this might be my new go-to for Chinese takeout...

I rarely go here, but only because I eat Chinese two days a week close to my work. The few times that I have gone to China King, it has always been great and is on par with my normal places. It is a good alternative to the fast food and the other few resteraunts in this small town. Looking forward to trying the other dishes on their huge menu. Btw, this is the only place that I have found Mei Fun without it being on a buffet...among the other reasons, I'll go back...

I stopped for egg Drop Soup after dental work. Always enjoy their soup and mini egg rolls. Ate in but was nervous watching their 3-5 yr old running back and forth in the kitchen as they cooked. So much heat, sauces, knives, heavy pots/pans, etc. The child and adults were oblivious to the myriad of danger there. And the child was handling the menus, eating utensils and whatever she could reach magnifying and spreading unsanitary handling. They need a...
