P.F. Chang's, a beloved staple in the realm of Asian-American dining, continues to impress with its unique blend of flavors and inviting atmosphere. As soon as you step inside, the ambiance captures you: warm, earthy tones, elegant decor, and an air of sophistication that makes it suitable for both casual outings and special occasions.
The menu is a delightful exploration of Asian cuisine, featuring dishes that are both familiar and innovative. One standout is the Chicken Lettuce Wraps. These savory morsels are a perfect appetizer, combining tender chicken, water chestnuts, and mushrooms, all tossed in a flavorful sauce and served with crisp lettuce leaves. The contrast of textures—crunchy lettuce and tender filling—creates a delightful first bite that sets the tone for the meal.
For the main course, the Mongolian Beef deserves special mention. This dish showcases P.F. Chang's ability to elevate traditional recipes with modern flair. The beef is marinated to perfection, resulting in a tender and flavorful experience. The sweet and savory sauce, combined with green onions, creates a symphony of flavors that linger long after the meal is over. Paired with a side of steamed jasmine rice, it becomes a fulfilling experience that satisfies both the palate and the heart.
Vegetarians will also find a plethora of options to enjoy. The Kung Pao Vegetables are a vibrant mix of fresh vegetables sautéed in a spicy, tangy sauce that brings out the natural sweetness of the produce. The dish is not only visually appealing but also bursting with flavor, making it a highlight for those seeking plant-based choices.
No meal at P.F. Chang's would be complete without dessert. The Chocolate Cherry Bomb is a decadent finale that combines rich chocolate cake with a tart cherry filling, topped with a luscious chocolate ganache. It's a perfect indulgence that strikes a balance between sweet and tart, leaving a lasting impression.
Service at P.F. Chang's is consistently attentive and friendly, adding to the overall dining experience. The staff is knowledgeable about the menu and always willing to offer recommendations, enhancing the journey through the diverse offerings.
In conclusion, P.F. Chang's stands out not only for its delicious food but also for its commitment to providing a memorable dining experience. Read moreWent tonight with the intention of enjoying a meal sit down restaurant dinner with my family. We reserved online for 8:30pm and at first we were seated at a half booth. There was food under the table and a smell coming from the carpet. After the second request, the server came out and swept up the rice under the table. While waiting for our appetizer, we asked to be moved because the smell from the carpet was becoming unbearable. A younger, well groomed manager came out and assisted us in changing tables. He was probably the most courteous, attentive person on staff. We waited for over an hour, watched people who came in after us get served, eat, and box their leftovers and our food still never came out. Our server never once checked on us while we waited. When it was already over an hour, my husband asked another staff member about the food. Our server came out ten minutes later and said the food was coming soon. I must mention that the restaurant was in no way full or busy for the time we were there. Staff was standing or just walking around. The manager, Chris, brought out the food at almost 10pm. At that point, we were no longer interested in dining in. The experience was ruined. We asked to box the food and to pay to avoid drawing attention to ourselves. It turned out to be $128 for poor service and take out. If this location continues like this, it will lose customers. I've gotten better service at the local take out restaurant. I am disappointed about the lack of attention and customer service at this location. It has declined significantly. We have been coming to the Boca location for many years. This is unacceptable and there is no excuse for poor service as such. I would recommend that the staff gets trained to handle all customers to prevent these occurrences...
Read moreWe made the mistake of going to this restaurant last night. Everything seemed fine at first, we ordered our food and got served our starters which where only OK, nothing special and too much ginger. The main problems started as we sat for 50 minutes looking at our dirty plates and empty soup bowls, waiting for our entrees to arrive. The restaurant was about one third full with lots of staff walking around but none of them thought to stop in and tell us about delays in the kitchen, or apologize or even clear away our dirty dishes so we would at least have a clean table in front of us. No food was coming out of the kitchen for any of the diners for at least 30 minutes. People were waiting for take out, tables were sitting waiting for food and no manager in sight, or apologies from the staff. After asking for the manager (who never showed up), we tracked down our waitress who mumbled something about our food being ready soon, then seemed surprised by our request to clear the table (she cleared most of it, not all). After another ten minutes she came out to say that our ticket was next in line (what does that mean? That they haven't even started cooking our food?) and that the manger was busy in the kitchen and would not be able to come speak with us. We told her we were waiting 5 more minutes and then walking out if our food or the manager didn't arrive. We waited 6 and left to eat at shake shack next door. Mistakes happen, it's how you handle them when they do that matters. This place has no clue how far a proactive apology and...
