Most of the food is prepared with their own recipes. Doesn't taste like it would at other restaurants. For example they make their own Italian dressing, and it tastes mostly like mustard. It doesn't look like Italian dressing, the color is way off. Someone I was with ordered etouffee but it was obviously a homemade recipe as the sauce was almost see through. The salad they serve is only lettuce, a slice of tomato and the dressing. Nothing else. The oysters they serve are batter not oyster. The crab cakes are also a homemade recipe. Not so great.
