McDonald's — Restaurant in Boggs Township

We came home from our vacation def didnt feel like cooking after traveling literally all day so i said to my wife we will just get Mcdonalds in Milesburg Pa location off I80. We pulled up and ordered and asked very nicely if they would cook the fries to order which they responded "i got you." So when we pulled up to the window i saw alot of young people qorking even the manager was young. They gave us our food i tried the fries and sure enough they were cooked to order so i thanked them for doing that. We literally live 2 minutes away and we got home and once we really dug in both burgers seemed to be sitting a while so they gave us very old burgers and the more i ate the fries the more i realized they didnt cook them nearly long enough. All fast food has timers so you put the fries down in the grease hit a button and wait for the timer to go off. Well you cant just throw fries in and walk away they need shaken at least every 20 to 30 seconds they def did not do that because it was a big clump of half cooked greasy ball of fries. I know kids feel like they need to rush things but this is what happens when you do i know i worked restaurants for 25 years. So we will not be back anytime soon, funny i never have as much trouble with Burger King as i do Mcdonalds. My wofe orders BK everyday because its either that or Mcdonalds for her choices because Mcdonalds managers do not make the employees do things the right way. The blame...

Stopped for an iced coffee today while waiting for my pup to get groomed down the road.

Drive thru: ▪️2 separate ordering lanes. ▪️I use my app often, and they are always patient while I connect to their wifi, so that my deals on my app will load (helpful tip if you can't get your app to work). 📱

Service: ▪️The drive thru employees are always very friendly and accommodating when I ask for a cup with a lid for my daughter's chocolate milk! ▪️2 separate ordering lanes. ▪️Usually a fast McDonald's stop at this location. I am rarely in line longer than 5 minutes. ⏳️ ▪️Equipment is rarely ever down here, which is nice and unlike other McDonald's I have visited.

Parking: ▪️Good amount of available parking, I sometimes see tractor-trailers in the lot but I wouldn't count on the room always being available (truck stop is just up 150 across the street and walking distance).

In a rural area where we don't have many options for a quick coffee stop, this is usually my go to!

Of course fast food is not my #1 outdoor dining choice but in comparison to other big chain fast food restaurants, this location definitely gets my 5 star stamp of...

I was really hesitant to leave a "ok" review. I live basically 300 ft away. i would need to go to this mcdonalds. Than drive 22 miles east. But lately ive been thinking its almost worth it. Before i moved here i had to live at the teuck stop on my weekends (being a truck driver) so i will order some food for then and buy my dinner while i at it, get something for my dog. I would drive my semi truck back and will be missing food not a problem people make mistakes. I understand but everytime kinda get annoying. I normally like to get a $1 coke from mcdonalds. Every now ad again. But this location doesnt seem to either flush out the tubes or clean them because all the drinks taste like they have root beer taste which kinda sucks i always tell people to get just a coke from mcdonalds for the feshness instead of buying a pepsi from the truck stop. Last 2 mornings i have gotten orders for the employees at the truck stop before going home and something is always wrong with the order.

The staff here is nothing but excellent. I love that staff most of them know exactly what im ordering before i get to order. Just wish their...
