I've used "no contact delivery" the "leave the pizza on the porch" option 3 x now since covid and not once have they gave me the contactless delivery. They will knock and knock until I finally go to the door and they open the screen door and hand it to me so they are literally a pizza box distance from me. They shouldn't have contactless delivery if they aren't doing it. That's advertising incorrectly. I have cancer so I have to stay away from others so no contact is very important for me and I was really bothered that not once but 3x they didn't do what they said they would. Also my last order I waited almost 2 hours (it was a weekday and around 3 pm) and Everytime I called about it I was just put on hold and never picked back up so I had to continue to call over and over just to see where my food was. It arrived cold , soggy, and don't get me started on the wings. I love wings my whole family does and there wins here are delicious But they are toddler sized. The smallest wings I've ever seen. So when u pay $8 for like 6 or 7 wings it's not even e ugh for one person to enjoy much less a family to split with there pizza. My 10 year old ate all of the order of wings because they were so small there wasn't enough food to go around because of our big family. Great flavor but ridiculously small and...
Read moreWhen they make your food the way you want it, it's great. But you've got a 50/50 shot at being able to place an order for a papadia with an extra topping. Doesn't matter if you're happy to pay extra for it, you're gonna get "the papadia can only come with three toppings because our system only lets us enter three." Funny, because if I order a three-topping pizza and want to add an extra topping, I just get charged for the fourth topping and everyone is happy. The manager can't comprehend how to do this for a papadia, though--even though several of his employees can and have in the past.
Shoutout to the real MVP, Makenzie, who can think outside the box and never gives us any grief over adding extra toppings, letting us pay for them, and making us happy papadia-eaters. Unfortunately, she cant save a sinking ship alone, and we're over it. Bye forever, Papa Johns. One good employee and pretty decent food can't save you from the incompetence of bad management and a poorly designed...
Read moreWe hadn't ordered for a few years, mostly due to Covid, but also because we hadn't been happy with the food. Well, also the CEO being a jerk. But recently, due to physical restraints (old age and broken ribs), we decided to at least try the delivery, and try Papa Johns again. This is the second time we have ordered, and hte food is good, better than it had been, and from order to delivery was exactly as promised. We ordered at 4:05 and got it at 4:38. So happy that we now have one place that will deliver and that delivers what they promise to. And by joining the Papa rewards, we got $10 off the order.
EDIT: I just tried the GF pizza and I am back to say it's the best GF crust I have found so far. I have tried 4-5 places around Shelby and Boiling Springs and this is the first one where the crust isn't kind of gummy and soft. It...
