Is every restaurant in Boiling Springs, NC incompetent? As a former service employee with a 4.5 star rating and more repeat customers than most of the managers whom employed me, I try not to be too critical. I am well aware of the pressure behind the counter, grill, and service floor. Yet, seems no one cares enough to attempt to listen to their customers. Heaven forbid you have to call them when your order is messed up. Not only did my Melt come back with absolutely no meat what so ever, which is sad given I know the lingo. Wrote it exactly as you would taking an order by phone in their terms, but upon calling to question the order. I get some short rude attitude from the employee. This isn't the first time either. I can understand once, but every single time? Seriously?!?! I do not recommend subway in boiling springs to anyone unless you need to...
Read moreWent into subway for lunch..I asked for a 12in soft white bread...The lady I guess she was new..did tell me the fresh had been freshly made and was all soft. I got home..the bread was extremely hard and fell apart as I tired to eat it. I called the store I talked to a lady named Michelle she said to come back she would fix the problem...not only did she remake my sandwich, she also refunded my money, and was truly very pleasant about the whole situation. I will definitely be back..you can tell they truly care about there customers. I wish all business had her customer service skills..Thanks again Subway in...
Read moreHubby and I have been coming here every week for over a year. The manager is awesome, and she trains her people well. Everyone is friendly and efficient. We had tried ones that are closer to where we live, but none compare. We actually drive right past one to get to this one. We are solid repeat customers for sure!
