Like everyone bad experiences happen, usually I just move on with my day. This one however was actually the worst experience I’ve ever had. I called in a pick up order at 6, they said 40 mins, so I went to pick it up at 6:50. I get there, they have me pay my bill and say it will be right out they’re finishing it now. I wait, and wait, and wait. 7:30 I go back up to the counter and explain I placed an order on the phone an hour and a half ago. He leaves and comes back 5 minutes later with half my order and shortly after the rest. I get it, things get missed, it’s busy all that good stuff. That being said, I truly would have appreciated if they would have just been honest and told me they missed my order, I simply would have canceled it. Along with that, not a thanks for your patience, sorry for the delay, a free drink or have a good night, nothing other than a 40 minute wait on top of a 40 minute wait. The worst part was actually the food. I was given a dry piece of Mahi and a soggy roll. I will post a picture that looks like chicken but in fact was fish. Also, only given the option to pick on side when I ordered even though the menu states two. I’m sure this place is great to have a drink and...

Had two seperate orders within our party, ordered back to back. First order came out very quickly. Second order was completely forgot about.

25 minutes after 1st order was received, I asked older gentlemen who we placed order with the status of our 2nd order, he said he had no way of knowing when it would be out despite showing him our order number and explaining other customer order numbers who has placed orders after ours had Al ready been sent out.

Another 20 minutes later, still no food. Asked older same worker and come to find out they lost our order. Told us it would be 5 minutes. Another 10 minutes of waiting goes by and we have to ask for our food again. 3rd times a charm and he brings it out.

I ask if he can comp some of our meal being after an hour of waiting, as the others in our party had already finished eating and were ready to leave. He quickly snaps back “No. the food is fresh”. No apology or attempt of right doing by the restaurant was made.

Overheard he has worked there for 38 years. Congrats on his long tenure but perhaps, his employment is 38 years past due.

Hope they a find a way to bring customer service back into the service industry.
