The sign out front of the Booneville, Missouri store says open till 10:00 p.m. or later. We arrived at 8:45 p.m. to find that the French fry station has already been shut down and cleaned up. Also, no more unsweet tea. We changed our order from unsweet tea to water, the counter person still charge at us for the cup so I used it for a large Coke. In addition, they had no to go packets of arby's sauce. By the way, this is store number 07689 Booneville, MO. The staff at the store was as helpful as they could be considering that they had shut down the french fry station prematurely. Read moreEmily Gibson was amazing. She was taking orders, cooking, and running food to the drive thru orders. Everyone else looked to her for leadership. The manager that was there was worthless. He had no idea how to manage. He watched them struggle rather than pitch in to help. Place was dirty, out of roast beef, several sodas, milk, etc. I spoke with the manager and his response was "I don't know what to do Not my fault." Absolutely horrible experience except for the kindness Emily showed. She should be the manager with an incredible raise. A good manager would have seen only 1 roast put in the oven and planned ahead but instead he decided to not worry about it. However leadership starts at the top with the store manager. Read moreWent inside to order, and it was overall clean. The cashier was nice and appreciated him letting us know orders may be a 10-minute wait. Also appreciated that they offered to wait to make our milk shakes until the food was ready. Food was fine, but they take a hit for only giving each of my boys six nuggets, when it should be nine. The classic roast beef we ordered was MIA, and instead, we received someone else's burger. I recall another customer mentioning a burger was missing from their order. We didn't realize until already down the interstate. We would certainly go back. It's a convenient stop. We will just make sure to double-check our order before we leave.
