Hardee’s — Restaurant in Boonville

Worse Hardee’s that I have ever been to!!!!!! I guess I was invisible today, I stood at the counter today 05/24/19 @ 15:00, for 15 minutes, as they ignored me. Walking past me, mopping the floor, passing orders to other customers, like I was invisible. When the you lady, got through mopping, she came over to take my order, really, after handing a dirty mop. Western burger had a speck of BBQ on it; but luckily I ordered extra sauce on the side, so it wasn't bad after I added to it. My complaint here is when I ordered 2 apple pies. The first was fine. The second one was totally missing the apple filling. Like ALL of the inside had been scooped out, & all that was left was the crispy shell. No kidding. And one of those employees served it to me. I eat at Hardee's all the time in Columbia and they never have problems substituting my sausage gravy for country gravy. Due to health, I've had to take a meatless diet and Hardee's has always been more than willing to accommodate. "Not the one in Boonville". The one in Boonville says that they are sorry there's just nothing they can do. I guess the cost of country gravy is so much more than the regular.
