I’ve tried giving this Burger King location on Washington Street multiple chances, but every time I go, I leave feeling aggravated, disrespected, and honestly assaulted by words and attitude. The staff here are some of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered in any fast food restaurant. It honestly feels like management intentionally hired people who are angry, aggressive, and completely unprofessional. There is one particular woman at the front who yells at customers the moment they walk in. Instead of a simple greeting or taking an order politely, she barks: “WHAT YOU WANT?” like I’m interrupting her day by simply existing. One time, when I asked for ketchup, she rolled her eyes, shouted, “HERE!”, and then threw the packets at me. No exaggeration. Just tossed them like trash in my direction. That’s not just bad service — that’s borderline abusive. Another time, I witnessed her doing the same thing to an elderly customer, who walked away visibly shaken. And the manager was right there and said nothing. No apology, no correction — nothing. There is absolutely zero customer service or professionalism at this location. It feels like they are going out of their way to be rude and hostile. The energy is toxic. Every visit has been a stressful, negative experience. This place desperately needs an entirely new staff and new management that understands what respect and basic human decency mean. Until that happens, I seriously urge people to avoid this location altogether. I’ve never felt more disrespected at a fast food...
Read moreToday I went into bk this morning trying to receive lunch. I understand it was before lunch time, but however I usually go to bk in the morning on weekends and try to get lunch a large fries and chicken fries. They give it to me they just say wait it will take time and I’m usually understand and agree with the time. Today the manger I’ve never seen walles was working. The cashier said I’m not sure, if you can have that let me ask! He told me no. Which I didn’t understand the fryers were on and I would wait. Mind you a travel all the way to this location left home early before work so I can get food and eat. He said it’s the rules to not sever food before 10:30 I was okay! was mad about it and said I would return later on today. Next I went to cvs to vent about the situation. I don’t know this girl at cvs . But I told her my problem and she said who . What he look like she describes him well . She said he gives me food before the time. I was so shocked! I felt that was favorited maybe because she works in the plaza. But I’m still a paying customer and deserves food. He’s a young boy who stated he’s in school. I just think this boy was lazy and didn’t want to give me the food which was wrong he needs to be talk to about his manger skills. He can’t pick and choose who he wants to serve. I’m extremely mad that this has happen. I will be back today. I’m not letting this go. I work hard just like him and deserves food if you give it...
Read moreI recently visited this Burger King location with two friends, breaking our usual habit of dining at the River Street location, all because I was craving a BK breakfast. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a big mistake, one I won’t be making again.
From the get-go, the service was painfully slow. The staff appeared indifferent and inattentive, which set a bad tone for our experience. What made matters worse was that shortly after our meal, all three of us began experiencing symptoms of food poisoning. This is utterly unacceptable and deeply concerning.
I’ve noticed that this location has been declining at an alarming rate. The poor service and the severe health issue we faced are clear indicators that this Burger King needs serious attention.
For anyone considering a visit, I strongly urge you to avoid this location. Instead, take the extra 5-7 minutes to go to the Burger King on River Street. It’s worth the short drive for better service and, crucially, safer food.
Save yourself the hassle and potential health risks—stick to the River Street...
