I’m writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience at your restaurant during my lunch break.
While looking for a place to eat, I found your restaurant online and was impressed by the photos and positive reviews. One picture in particular—a sushi sampler—caught my eye and influenced my decision to dine with you. However, when I ordered what I believed to be the same dish, I received something entirely different.
Wanting to clarify, I returned to the restaurant and showed the photo to a staff member, but instead of helping, she raised her voice at me. This made me feel uncomfortable, so I calmly asked for a refund. She said she didn’t know how to process one and called the owner.
Unfortunately, the owner also began yelling at me after I shared the photo, insisting it wasn’t the restaurant’s fault and blaming customers for the misleading image. I tried to explain that I wasn’t upset about a mistake—just disappointed and asking for a simple refund—but I was talked over and dismissed.
As a customer, this experience was upsetting and made me feel disrespected. I understand that sometimes images online may not be official, but I believe there was a better way this could have been handled.

Read moreThe sushi is good, no doubt. We live close by and frequent there periodically but every time I go, there is another issue and I vow I will never go back. The owner is defensive and rude. He is so busy with his take out orders he has no people skills to deal with the customers who eat there. The wait is always extraordinarily long and last night was no exception. The waitresses are very nice but we waited over an hour. Half of our food we had to cancel we waited so long. When we asked the owner to see about the food he said they were very busy. It didn't look that busy. There were plenty of open tables and it was a Monday night!! Then he argued we weren't waiting an hour. We were only waiting a half hour. He was wrong. We reminded him that everyone else had their food but our table. He was defensive and not apologetic. He refused to take off the charges of some of the items that never came until we pushed him to do so. He was not appreciative of the business. It was way too much for him to apologize and say he will try to get us some food. Tons of excuses and denial and arguing to customers. I am so sorry to the people who were sitting next to us.They didn't deserve it!! The more argumentative the owner became the more disappointed we became. The hostess was so rude. We asked her to in the beginning to move us to a different place for personal reasons (which I did mention to her why we wanted to be moved) and then she said that area was closed so she couldn't move us. But then few minutes later, she seated other customers there...?
Also the food was SOO bad. Ordered seafood scallion pancake and there was barely any scallion or seafood.. since when was scallion yellow and tasted like flour..?? Am I missing something here??
All the dishes look like theres a lot of food-but don't be fooled because most of it is rice. They give you so much rice and so little meat/ real stuff. So basically, you are just paying for rice and some meat on top to cover it up. Food is so overpriced for the quality you get. And no flavour to it.
