I too had never heard of this company until one day on Fox tv Deals when they had a special 2 cakes for 39.99 w/ free shipping, and when the staff at Fox tried it while on air, and raved about the taste, texture, I thought why not try at such a reduced rate. They came yesterday one Cinnamon Walnut and one Granny Smith Apple, well I want to tell you these are the best ever. I am so grateful that your company had the special on Fox because my SS check doesn't allow me to splurge on gifts like this. I now know what to ask for when my children say 'what do you want for Christmas, Mom?' Anyone who writes a negative review here, in my opinion, their taste buds just don't work.... lol. UP DATE After writing this review, I truly meant every word however I feel the need to warn buyers, I ordered another 2 cakes one for my son and one for myself. I ordered online and then actually spoke with a live person via the ph to make sure my orders would be shipped to different addresses. She confirmed my order and the shipping addresses. She even gave me a the total and the order number which I wrote down as I always do when ordering anything. So after 10 days and not receiving the cake I called to find that not only the order was not in their system but also the order number was not in existence . So my advice if you order from this company ... CONFIRM SEVERAL TIMES then reconfirm any number that they give you. Sadly I will not be using their store again. That was one gift undelivered and I would not want that to...

I recently went through the ordering process for 27 cakes as gifts and it has been an absolute pleasure working with customer service and every team member I’ve met. I specifically worked with Vic and LaTonya- and they both were fantastic when helping me. After calling in I was connected with Vic and was able to start the ordering process right away feeling reassured and having all my questions answered. 5 stars, 10 out 10, I will absolutely be ordering from you again. This experience has been a breath of fresh air in the sea of mediocre customer service out there, and compliments to all!

Really love however if buying elseware beware I bought mine @ stop & shop…..this is why— a few months ago I had gotten food poisoning after eating this - didn’t think much of it purchased another yesterday also at stop & shop today when I decided to open & eat just in case I checked the date there was no expiration stamp the box was there just no stamp in it there was a sticker from the bake shop that said Jan 20th though.. upon visual inspection the entire middle had started to grow mold.. has me thinking (since I am allergic to mold) that the same thing may have happened a few months ago & I didn’t notice.. either way not the fault of the company the cakes are fabulous just be sure to check your food if your...
