So this is my first experience with this store. I am from Medford and someone mentioned they had great smoothies. So I was def down to try them and drive into Boston. I understand with the times that picking up and things being pre-made for pickup. With that said... I entered the store for pick-up with 3 bags (nothing additional) on the counter. 2 other orders were beside mine. I gestured to the 3 employee’s behind the counter and said this one is for (girl name) they said, yes. (Side note: couldn’t anyone walk in and say that? I wasn’t even the one who ordered). Needless to say they forgot an item in the order(or someone else took it?) When we called we just asked for a refund because I wasn’t going to drive back into Boston. But, No refund! “We made it and you forgot it” Hmm good customer service? Bad experience = not a repeat customer.

I’m giving 1 star because of the handling of the matter. I still don’t know how they are, because I gave mine to the persons they forgot/lost/taken etc. They could have great food but because of my experience, I’ll look elsewhere in the future.

Update: About 30 min after posting this review I was called and told I would be refunded for the missing item. Prompt and professional response to a poor review. No mention of the review, which I appreciate. We all make mistakes. But, because the situation was rectified I look forward to trying them again in the future! I’ve upgraded to 4 stars because the after care has supported it.
