I had ordered my food on the app to avoid waiting in line during these "uncertain times" of COVID-19, but my order was not ready by the time I came. In fact, the line situation was out of control on this Monday evening. Given the need for social distancing, the line ran outside down the sidewalk. Once inside, it was easy to see the level of disorganization. Not only were people not socially distanced inside, the separate line that had been created for online orders was largely ignored. Only when an employee walked by that area and a customer flagged them down were they told to wait "5 minutes" while they then put together their meal. Even then, the order was next placed on a counter instead of being given to the customer, forcing the customer to again flag down an employee to check on their order.
Given the ~45 minute wait, I also witnessed an employee with a big attitude problem, eventually leading the customer to demand a refund. The manager stepped in and the disgruntled employee was told to take her break, but that forced all employees to shift their focus even further away from customer service.

Read moreWe came in for lunch and it was pretty clear they were severely understaffed and maybe undertrained, or otherwise just trying to make things work. Despite this, the food was hot and good, and even with 10 people ahead of me in line I only waited 5 minutes to order.
They had two people taking orders at the counter at the same time, but they were just remembering what you told them and then after you finished your order they relayed it to the person on the register. The noisy environment made it difficult to communicate. The confusing situation meant it felt like they weren't accurately taking your order. This proved true as we were given dinners instead of combos and a couple other smaller inaccuracies. Additionally they only charged us for two of the three meals we were ordered. A positive for us, but while waiting I overheard other patrons who were charged for things they didn't order.
I would avoid this location at peak hours or if they look like they are understaffed. It may also be easier to order online even if you are already in store to be sure you get precisely what you want.

I pointed to the menu and apparently it states they I could..However, I was told by the manager that nobody sells orders like that, she knows her staff and sides have yo be ordered as well...
I again pointed to you menu and was told that the prices up on the board were in reference to the spicy chicken only.
Soooo, I said where are the prices pertaining to the regular chicken (non spicy) and i was told that those prices were only listed on the cash register portal not up on the board...
I share this story to let my community know that we supply too much money to this personal franchise, cause it's not Popeyes, it only uses Popeyes name, for them to br charging us any kind of amount on any given day...PLEASE BE...
