Vibe Coffee and Wine — Restaurant in Boulder

So excited to see a new coffee shop in the Gunbarrel area! I haven't been to any of the other Vibe locations before, but the atmosphere at this location is incredible.

Drinks / food : I had a oat milk, honey lavender latte which was DELICIOUS. I also had a plain oat milk latte at their soft opening and was really satisfied with the way their espresso paired with oat milk. Update (May-10-2025): they have a full breakfast menu now and a selection of pastries available. The vegan breakfast burrito is really tasty!

Seating / Wifi: There is TONS of conversational seating. Perfect spot for meeting up with friends. Plugs for charging devises are nearby the two tables and accessible at the bar. Wifi is also available. Really nice working environment, but I do hope they get more tables that are tabletop height or bar height. Update (May-10-2025): they've added tons of table height tables! Now there are plenty of areas to work comfortably.

Vibes: As I mentioned, the atmosphere is incredible. The decor is cozy, the fire pit adds so much ambiance, and the wall of windows provides a really cool view of the mountains. The chairs are super comfortable, you could genuinely sit and hang out for hours! I have spoken to two baristas at this point, and they were both super friendly.

Parking: TONS of available parking. This coffee shop is inside an office building (so lots of the customers appear to be workers), and there is a massive lot with free parking.

Our neighborhood has been desperately needing a spot like this. There’s been nowhere within walking distance to grab a coffee, work, or just hang out—and this place finally fills that gap in the best way.

The drinks are great, the staff is super friendly, and the atmosphere is on point. We stopped in for some work time and this spot was perfect!! It's a renovated office building and they play soft music in the background but it's pretty quiet too. The coffee shop is basically the grand room/entrance area. Lots of chairs and tables to lounge or get work done. Lots of power outlets and super fast WIFI. Coffee was good!
