I understand that finding people who want to work is becoming quite hard so my experience was kind of expected... The man at the counter who tried to take my order to go could not speak English at all... Another employee finally noticed what was happening and came over to take the order.. That was after several mins of trying with the other employee.. I spoke with the manager who didn't even try to apologize but simply said he was not supposed to be left alone at the counter.. That was the extent of his response...How he ended up a manager with a one sentence response is unknown...I have no problem with someone trying to learn another language but how can McDonald's expect someone who cant speak any English to learn this way.. This a fast food joint and I have no desire to spend my time correcting someone who can't speak our language... Either keep an English speaking person with him at all times like you said was supposed to happen or not.. This was a lunchtime crowd who started to build up a line of people behind me waiting to place an order.. I'm usually not in a hurry and I really was being kind to the poor guy .. It was only the managers lack of a response to that question 3 times that got me aggravated .. At that point the man who couldn't speak English was more deserving of being a manager than the one who was.... If your not good in dealing with the public perhaps a warehouse job would be more appropriate , lol... I got more out of the gentleman trying to learn another language than the one who...
Read moreWhat terrible service we had during our visit inside the restaurant. Our food took a while to come out, which is understandable as it was busy. We ordered a coffee drink and milkshake from the kiosk halfway through our meal. After waiting for about 15-20 minutes, I finally went up to ask about the order. First, there was no one manning the counter for a VERY long time. I counted a whole crew of people working in the back... Once I got someone’s attention they jumped on the order, only to find out the ice cream machine was down. They offered us some other drink to replace the shake, but we declined. They brought the coffee drink after about 5 minutes and said there you go. I had to ask for - or rather insist on - a refund for the shake after she moved on to the next customer (who was also looking for their missing order)… They were just going to ignore the fact we paid for the shake and didn’t get it. The manager had to be ‘bothered’ to come over and give the refund. A waste of 20 minutes, poor service and attitude. I don’t expect a lot, and I know mistakes happen, but this was beyond simple mistakes. The whole place was out of control and didn’t appear to have any leadership...
Read moreUnfortunately, This had to be the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Please note I did take the drive-thru however I was in the drive-thru for over an hour and a half. I know what you're saying why wait right, well unfortunately when your kid wants that sweet taste of fried junk, you get it. Oh and he scored a goal today. So why not right! Ugh. The line was a mess, the people in the line were a mess and the staff unfortunately had no choice but were a mess. Which isn't their fault, they were doomed from the start. It was bad timing but unfortunately I have to give my opinion in my opinion is McDonald's did not pull through that day they were disorganized gave us cold food even when we had to wait in another spot for them to bring it out to us. So sorry McDonald's you didn't win this one but there's millions of them out there I'm sure there will be a positive review...
