The billboard sign says, not fast food. Be honest here. Tell it like it is...your pathetically SLOW. My last visit, I went indoors to order. The young man who took my order didn't know how to spell my last name. I spelled it out twice. (Johnson,Smith, Jones) simple name. 15 minutes in, nothing. Lots of employees eating food here and there behind the counter. Not many orders coming out. Lots of Sacks on the order up shelf. I purposely ordered no salt to get hot french fries this time. They were cold and salted. I told the young man it was to go when I placed my order. Sure enough it comes as if I'm eating in. So back to counter to ask to go. And when I gave the young man a Twenty ($20.00) he opened the cash drawer and just stared in it for about 15 seconds (yes really) had a blank on his face like he spaced out. I told him what he owed me in change, he gave it to me. If their Burgers weren't the 2nd best in town I wouldn't bother. Ps, the other #1 place closes at 2pm. Bowie...
Read moreMan, this was not a good experience at a well known fast food store, one of my favorites. We pulled into the order land, kiddo burger meal and small coke. They told us to pull to the side in the parking lot, which we did. Thirty minutes later, no food. I went into the store to see if they lost our order or to ask for my money back. Thirty minutes for fast food, the smallest item on the menu. I went into the lobby and 3 people were sitting and one person at the counter. When got back to my vehicle, my wife said, 'A woman came out complaining about how far she had to walk to deliver your order. She then told me they were 'busy'. She was obviously upset and irritated." Ok, I get it.. so, in other words, don't expect your order to be ready in a reasonable amount of time cuz we are 'busy", (fast food ?) -don't park too far in the parking lot, don't expect friendly service, and don't expect to be treated with respect when you are spending your money at DQ...
Read moreOrdered meals for four people. We stood in front of the cash registers the whole time since there were only two other orders ahead of us. When we inquired about our order sometime later the lady claim to have called our number already. We were six feet away from the cash registers, we saw her grab our order and then put it back on the shelf without a single word. We just thought that was someone else's order at the time. Then when we got our food and sat down we found that only one meal out of four was correct, the simple nacho's and cheese. At least they got that right. One blizzard out of three was done correctly. My banana split blizzard was only mixed at the top, maybe a third of the way down. My girlfriends son's Royal Oreo blizzard was missing the fudge in the center.
