VIII. PERSONNEL

In order to perform any Contracted Services, CONTRACTOR must, for the safety of consumers on the DOORDASH platform, pass a background check administered by a third-party vendor, subject to CONTRACTOR's lawful consent. CONTRACTOR is not required to perform any Contracted Services personally, but may, to the extent permitted by law and subject to the terms of this Agreement, hire or engage others (as employees or subcontractors of CONTRACTOR) to perform all or some of the Contracted Services, provided any such employees or subcontractors meet all the requirements applicable to CONTRACTOR including, but not limited to, the background check requirements that CONTRACTOR must meet in order to perform Contracted Services. To the extent CONTRACTOR furnishes his/her own employees or subcontractors (collectively "Personnel"), CONTRACTOR shall be solely responsible for the direction and control of the Personnel it uses to perform all Contracted Services.

I was not at all impressed with this pizza hut. My wife and I went there and were ready to have a nice sit-down dinner and give the place a try. We have only been in bowie about a year now. First off, the web page has pics of a buffet and shows tables and video games, people inside, etc.... when you walk in the door, there are no tables, no menu board, no people inside eating, and the buffet is a pizza box holder. We had to ask what they had as there was not a menu, and the prices were outrageous. It looks like an abandoned restaurant on the inside. We left and did not order and will not go back. The place is obviously a takeout only store now, and from the looks of it, when you walk in, I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. I will not be going back. We went to another place in town that is real nice and has great pizza...

I just want to inform people that are looking at the reviews about this place memo wife live here in Bowie Texas and we only live about 6 to 7 minutes away from them and they refuse to deliver to us we do not live far from them at all so just keep in mind if you want them to deliver to you they may refuse to service to deliver to where you are living I am not sure why they declined to do so but they say they do deliver but apparently they don't and they are lying either that or they're just pure lazy so me and my wife are going to go to a different piece of place there in Bowie Texas where they will deliver with no problem at all so my wife had to take my pickup to pick up the pizza ourself because they refuse to do so to deliver to pizza to us so I just want to leave a review about this for other people that think that Pizza Hut will...
