Dunkin' — Restaurant in Bowie

I arrived at Dunkin Dounuts at approximately 4:50AM. I suspected I was too early, so I drove around to see if there were any visible signs posted up with details of operating hoursI came across a sticker which read Hours 5AM-10PM. Having gain this information I proceeded to make a U-turn and decided to drive back towards the drove through intercom and wait. At 5:02AM a gentleman said "Hello" and "Yeah" I responded with Good morning sir, may I please have a medium hot coffee with hazlenut please? He asked if I can wait for 3 more minutes because the first pot of coffee of the day is now brewing. I replied okay. When I drove up to the window and attempted to hand him my debit card. He then requested that come inside the store, because his register was still empty and not operable at the moment. I politely said "no". Not only was it 35° weather, but why should I park and walk inside the store because they failed to arrive to work in a timely manner? He then snatched my debit card and charged me for the coffee. After returning my debitcard, he instructed me to move up because my coffee was not ready. Mind you I was the first and ONLY customer in drive-thru. In conclusion, I did not recieve my coffee until 5:11am. This service was deplorable and...

What a joke! I know it's hard finding people to work however, i cannot understand Why the inside of the store is not open, only the drive thru.

Second, i couldn't understand why there were kids on bikes In the drive thru however, this location doesn't care about your safety, so EVERYONE, even kids have to wait in line with Car's and trucks!

Third and final point. I'm stll scratching my Head on this one. Dunkin is running a promotion from 2:00pm to 6:00 p.m. daily however, when I arrived at 5:50pm to place an order, I was told the latte machine was currently down, and that it would take 10 to 15 minutes for it to be backup. Therefore, This will be after 6:00 p.m., and after the promotion has ended.

Here's my question... Why would you clean the latte machine prior to 6:00 p.m.? Why would you take the machine off line to clean when the promotion runs for 4 hours? I was then told that I could wait the 10 to 15 minutes however they would not be able to guarantee that I can get the promotion because it would be after 6:00 p.m., or I could return.

Because I don't live in the area I chose to go to the competition instead. I will never return to this...

Usually everything about here is 5 stars however this morning not so much and maybe it’s because I personally came too early. Ordering was a breeze it, I always get a Bacon, Egg and Cheese bagel minus the egg and a large Sweet Tea. As I anxiously wait for my food I was offered my tea first. At the very first sip it tasted like it had been there all night just sitting. Out of all of the Dunkin’s I have been to until today this location always made it perfect. One sip was enough to know I couldn’t continue to drink it, I informed the young lady when she handed me my food that it didn’t taste right. She proceeds to tell the other young lady behind the counter, she dumps it out then proceeds to make a new one however when she hands me this one she asks me to taste it in which I do. Instantly the tea taste like a combination of both tea and coffee. I don’t need a third remake to know that I just won’t be coming back for drinks in the future which is disappointing because I loved...
