Hardee's — Restaurant in Bowling Green

I almost never eat at this Hardees because of a similar event about 5 years. But, I remembered Hardees used to make good fish sandwiches.

So, I ordered one at the drive thru. My 7 mile ride home was filled with anticipation for what I thought would be a delicious fish sandwich.

My hopes were shattered when my $7.82 purchase turned out to be some sort of mega-meat, double cheese heart stopping monstrosity. Bacon and burger everywhere. Not one ounce of seafood in sight. Straight into the trash.

One thing a fast food restaurant should never do is give out the wrong food. I'll accept bad good, because it is fast food, after all. Poor management and lazy cashiers allow...

The service and wait was terrible. My family stopped here while traveling through Kentucky for vacation. We waited half an hour inside and when we finally got our food they got our orders wrong. We ordered burgers and they gave us ham and cheeses. When we brought our food back up the “lady” was mad at us because she made the wrong food. The cashier then asked if we wanted to keep them and see if anyone else wanted them so my aunt took them back to the table and the chef literally screamed for the entire restaurant to hear “GO GET THAT BACK YOU’RE JUST GIVING THEM FREE FOOD” Like ma’am. How do you Forget to put food in the bag when you have the Ticket in your hand. I'm absolutely appalled by how long I had to wait for my food, then get all the way home to Auburn and my food not be in the bag! Then they cant even answer the PHONE! RIDICULOUS! I then drive back to town to get my food and am 3 mins late for when breakfast ends and they REFUSED to make my breakfast sandwich! SMH the switch over isn't That Quick, they could have still made it. For sure was my last straw with going here.
