Spillway Bar and Grill — Restaurant in Bowling Green

Stopped in here as a recommendation from others for takeout pizza and wings. Very friendly wait staff and servers. Very cool atmosphere with something different going on every night like karaoke and live music. They have a pool table, large screen TVs and plenty of seating. Food and prices are both good and reasonable, about $75 to feed 6 adults (takeout).

The wings, hands down are the best. Try the Spillway sauce (Apricot Habanero) but also the bourbon sauce, Parm garlic, and regular hot wings. They have a lot more flavors and I intend to return to try them all. I saw a philly cheese steak sandwich on the menu for $8 and they have a specialty burger menu

Pizza is flatbread and they are cut in squares. They only have one size and we ordered two. Pepperoni and sausage are good.

Veteran’s day 2021. I’ve chosen Spillway specifically for a good reason. They make great food, please have patience, I think the kitchen is a bottleneck. They are personable, great service, the only place in bg that knows and uses my name, that is powerful! I enjoy having a drink here, they are family oriented too, lots of people here daily, kids too. Back to that food. Best wings in bg bar maybe one. They have had a burger menu that I’ve been slowly whittling away at, almost done, it has been a great ride. I’ll probably never come for the live bands and such, too introverted for that, but everything else is great. Terrible customer service.

update You are overwhelmed? If that’s busy for y’all then clearly you all lack more than just customer service skills. As a bartender who has dealt with a much bigger crowd than that your “excuse” is inexcusable. I was looked over by 3 of your staff member. The blonde in the black shirt looked me dead in my eyes 3x while standing around doing NOTHING.
