So at first I was selfishly upset that after like 6 bus loads ahead of me I couldn't get the 6$bags, but the apple pie and outstanding customer service and great food really made up for it all.
Manager- could run an Army Platoon with her amazing skills , fast timely irderlyboace and keeping the show of every operation from the lobby to the drive through , to 6 buses full, all the truck drivers like me andy family, to regular citizensical and our of state, to keeping everything clean and fresh, and sanitized. It was like wow!!
Tommie took our order and she was fast accurate and friendly, Kaleb was great and I dropped the list of names I wrote but on 81/10/2024 if you were working @710 pm every single of of you workers Rick and deserve a pay raise and or promotion. Your shift is the all-time #1 crew. We come here like every week to every other week sometimes 2x a week pending loads and day shift you are good but evening and night shift stole your show. 😜☺️
From the cooks, to the front main counter, drive through, ECT the manager , you know trained them to be the absolute best , polite, and to do their job well done the first time around.
The lobby is so clean and let me tell you amongst the huge crowd and all the orders the cleaning didn't stop either , not in the lobby or the back. Fantastic and it was all done simultaneously , team effort, team work!!
By the way the triple monster cheeseburger, regular cheese burgers, and the hot ham and cheese me and my family agree every bite melts in your mouth. The fries were the freshest and oh so good!! The pie , well that has me ready for Thanksgiving like tomorrow.
What a great experience and to think , I almost let myself get upset. God bless everyone and thank you for such amazing hospitality and service. 10 stars though Google only...
Read moreFor starters the food is sub standard, but due to time restraints and lack of choices in Box Elder, I sometimes go here, until this morning. I go through the drive through with one car in front of me. I get asked to hold at the speaker. No big deal, but after five minutes, I start to get a little annoyed, the lady comes back finally and of course starts offering different items to me, I cut her off and tell her I want "just and only a double loaded omelet sandwich" she offers me something else, and again I say the exact same thing. Then she repeats back with what I ordered and asks if I want it in a combo, again I say the same exact thing. And then again she asks if I want a drink. Talk about some serious lack of communication. If you are stupid to take a order, I certainly don't trust you making my food. So after wasting my time trying to order a sandwich I just drove off. I called up their location to inform the manger on how it seems like the person was messing with me on the intercom and was letting them know why I drove off, and no I don't expect free food. A person who sounded exactly like the person who took my order answers and says no manager is available. I tell Jr what happens and she laughs and that when I tell her I will be done eating there if that's how they role. So f'm and here is the review I promised them. ...
Read moreWas good food. Traveling with my family of 11 kids and happen to see this location when getting gas, at 645am I did a big order of 15 sandwiches and breakfast rounds, the cashier that helped me was happy but then the next lady who came was not impressed with the 89$ order so early in the morn, just a thought for future when someone is giving u business its best to not complain to other customers in front of customers. Then the manager or whoever he was asked if next time we could call ahead the big order, if we would have known we were gna eat there we would have called ahead or just continued on to the next place if we would have known it was to stressful for this chain to handle a big order unexpectedly. I always thought that's the benefit of fast food chains is to make food as people order. I understand it may have been a tired morning for some so it overwhelms them but we do appreciate the hard work even if the willingness wasn't...
