Update after the past post below: today is Aug 2nd and my daughter is having a sleepover with her 3 friends. I pre-ordered 3 pizzas this afternoon at work to be delivered at 6:30pm. The driver shows up at 6:45 to tell me that she gave our "2" pizzas away to someone else. I had actually ordered 3 pizzas and I let her know. She said she thought she'd just stop by to let us know, and that she is going to go back to have them remade. I called the manager right after to make sure they have all 3 pizzas on file, and they do. However, this manager didn't do anything to make this right for me and my hungry group of girls. She didn't offer a discount or anything! I'm appauled. I should have just asked for a full refund and took the girls to McDonald's. They are starving. I am, again, disappointed in their service. I'm officially done with Pizza Hut in Box Elder. Will NEVER return. We will be taking our business to Domino's.
One night they gave me someone else's pizzas instead of my order and I didn't know until I got all the way home with it. My kids are very young so they had a problem with this, but I'm a tired single mother and I was not about to load everyone back into their carseats to go back and complain and wait 30 more minutes for new pizzas.
Tonight, I had trouble using their rewards to order wings on the app, so when I got there they didn't have them ready for me, just my fries and salad. They helped me with the rewards in the app, then started the wings and told me it would be 7 minutes. Over 10 minutes later I ask them about the wings and they didn't remember that's why I was sitting there waiting. While I was struggling to pull up my email to show them, they found them on their rack and gave them to me. My fries are now cold, thanks. I will not be back for a VERY long time. Read moreWill never eat there again. Ordered online with a coupon they couldn't make half my food because their fryer was down. Instead of calling me they just brought me the food they could make and removed the coupon so my order came to a few bucks less. The girl on the phone told me I could take my tip away from the delivery driver if I wanted. I wasn't about to take money away from someone who drove their own car to my house to bring me food. I told her they should have called and told me before so I could have ordered more food. She said sorry they didn't get around to it and took $5 off. It's a joke! They screw up on the management end and then try to get me to take away the drivers tips!!! I'm calling Pizza Hut corporate tomorrow and I hope that they clean house with the management! Add on (2 months later): I recently had an incident we're the local Domino's messed up my order. They called me and offered me double the part that they screwed up as a credit. This is why I don't stop using Domino's. I stopped using Box Elder Pizza Hut because they blame management problems on delivery drivers like toddlers blame their kids shows ending on the adults in the room. I am still furious with whatever person I spoke to for trying to take that drivers tip away from her. Who does that? I did talk to corporate. They called me back and I told them it would be years before I ordered from that Hut again. It's not only unprofessional behavior it's indecent human behavior. Read moreWorst service I ever had! Put an order in online at like 920. Got a call 926 saying they stop delivering at 930 and the close at 10. Super funny says on their website and when you, Google Pizza Hut in Box Elder they close at 11 wonder if the manager knows if they’re closing early? The lady said she could update my order so that I could pick it up. So I show up to get my pizza which was already paid for the guy said $47 and some change I said the pizza was already paid for. He said um no (rudely) nothing about you know we refunded it due to the update and lady never said it would be refunded and you will have to pay for it again. So I said I don’t want it. You guys are ridiculous and left as I’m getting in my car the young man spouts off some crap out the door like he’s big and bad and then shuts the door and locks it scary bro you had to shut the door couldn’t say it to my face. So as I leave, I call the store and ask for the store manager, dude answers the phone and gets snotty with me. Pretty much refuses to give me the manager’s name until I threaten to show up. He rattles off the manager’s name so fast I couldn’t even hear it and says we have the receipt for the refund Have fun waste your time and hangs up on me.
